City Sightseeing New Orleans is committed to ensuring the price integrity of our Hop-On Hop-Off and Cemetery products. As a locally owned and operated company, we will ensure that every visitor is pleased with their Tour Booking experience. If you have made a Tour Booking with us, we Guarantee that you’ve purchased at the Best Available Rate for your tour selections.

Find a Lower Price?  If you discover a lower rate posted online or locally, we will honor our guarantee to you by adjusting your payment total accordingly. Please report it to us using the form below.  We will appreciate the opportunity to remedy a price discrepancy on the market, as well as remedy your balance.

These are the criteria that must be met to confirm a Price Discrepancy, and process a payment adjustment.

• Booking Location: The Tour Booking was purchased on our website (CitySightseeingNewOrleans.com), with our uniformed sales agent, or with an authorized concierge via deposit receipt.
• Same Tour Selection: The Lower Price available is/was for the same product, ticket type, and travel dates.
• Booking Window: The Lower Price is/was publicly available on the Same Date/Time as the Tour Booking, or Later in Date/Time
• Publicly Available: The Lower Price is/was not the result of a membership-based discount, publicly available coupon or promotional code.
• Guaranteed Products: 1-Day Ticket, 2-Day Package, 3-Day Package, Cemetery Ticket.

We do not offer this guarantee for purchase of other attractions tickets not operated by our enterprise – those tickets are offered at the best rates provided to us, with tax included, and without service fees.
