The Policies
Route and theme must be approved by City Sightseeing representative in advance. Changes cannot be made on the day of service.
Payment required in full 14 days prior to service.
Cancellations are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to service.
* Within 72 hours, cancellations allowed for inclement weather.
* Within 24 hours, non-refundable.
Vehicles are Open-Top and subject to weather conditions. City Sightseeing is not responsible for providing alternate equipment.
Gratuity not included in rates. You may request gratuity be added and included with payment.
Guests must remain seated while the bus is in motion.
Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in containers with a lid.
Alcoholic beverages and food services are prohibited.
