KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- Hop-On at any of our 18 stops along the route to start your 48-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Pass! Tours run daily from 9:30am – 5:30pm, unless notated otherwise. Last loop of the day starts at 4:00pm at any stop.
- Your ticket is valid 24hours after your first redemption. If you Hop-On at 12pm on a Monday, your ticket is valid until 12pm on Wednesday.
- Vue Orleans is located at 2 Canal Street at the top of the Four Seasons Hotel – Stop #18 on the Hop-On Hop-Off Route. Check in with the ticket agent upon arrival.
- Vue Orleans is open Thursday – Monday from 10:00am – 6:00pm.
- The Paddlewheeler Creole Queen is located at 1 Poydras Street New Orleans, LA 70130, closest to Stop #7 & #18 on the Hop-On Hop-Off Route.
- Boarding for the Paddlewheeler Creole Queen Evening Jazz Cruise is from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. The boat departs promptly at 7:00pm.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to boarding time to check in at the ticket booth adjacent to the boat and exchange your voucher for boarding passes.
- Cruise times may be altered or canceled due to weather and safety concerns. Cruise may remain dockside in the event of unfavorable sailing conditions.
