Hop-Off at Stop 12 to explore the splendor and elegance of The Garden District – one of New Orleans’ most sophisticated, historic, and elegant neighborhoods! Walk with one of City Sightseeing’s experienced and licensed local tour guides through tree-lined historic streets radiating with grace and opulence. Learn about Greek Revival, Italianate, and other architectural styles that characterize the area – and we can’t forget to mention a few celebrity homes along this beautiful stroll with great photographers.
At less than a mile, this tour takes roughly 45 minutes to complete. This walk is ADA accessible and strollers are welcome. Walking Tours depart 5 times a day, every day of the week, and are First-Come, First-Serve (no advance reservations.)
Hop-Off at Stop 1 and visit our friendly team at the City Sightseeing New Orleans Ticket Office and check in for your tour. Let us guide you through the heart of the French Quarter, and point out to you the best sights! You will marvel at the history and architecture of America’s most fascinating neighborhood. This Walking Tour (complete distance less than 1 mile) includes Jackson Square, the St. Louis Cathedral, Pirates Alley and a visit to the most classic French Quarter Courtyard. The rich and storied past of New Orleans will fascinate and entertain, framed by the unique Spanish, Caribbean, French and American influences that define the city and today’s New Orleans culture. This beautiful stroll is less than a mile, and takes roughly 45 minutes to complete.

French Quarter & Garden District Guided Walking Tours depart hourly at 11am-3pm on any day your ticket is valid. Tours are available on a First-Come, First-Serve basis. Please be sure to check in with a City Sightseeing New Orleans agent inside of the ticket office (700 Decatur Street) for the French Quarter Walking Tour and under the red tent at Stop 12 (2727 Magazine Street) for the Garden District Walking Tour.
